Oaken was asked to take ownership of the technical interpretation, project management, and delivery of the stand. The goal was to translate creative concepts into a fully functioning, tech-enabled build that worked seamlessly for both product demonstration and client engagement.
We worked closely with Stanleybet’s in-house designers, acting as the bridge between concept and reality. Our team managed every technical detail from integrating multiple large-format LED displays and interactive kiosks, to coordinating complex AV requirements and ensuring flawless installation. Clear communication and proactive project management ensured the build ran smoothly and to deadline.
